Sushi…ramen…Wagyu beef… there’s so many delicious foods to choose from in Japan! But have you tried Italian food at Saizeriya? You can find pizzas and pastas for a few hundred yen but is it any good?
I’ll be joined by my Italian friend, Davide, as we explore all of Saizeriya’s menu!

I'm Davide from the video! Hope you enjoyed my review! Feel free to correct me and tell me what you think! Thank you very much to Ryotaro for inviting me! Next time we should try "Japanese" restaurants in Rome!

Doria(ドリア)is a Yoshoku(Western-influenced cooking) made in Yokohama,Japan by a Swiss chef Saly Weil.
Doria is based on french cuisine "Homard Tourville".
originally doria is a food for customer at hotel who was not feeling well and wanted something easy to swallow.
Actually snails are eaten in almost all of Italy, from North to South. I don't like them but tehy are very traditional all over Italy.
>Has amazing camera
>Uses it for side shot
>Shows frontal shot in potato quality for most of the video.
WHY
I didn't need a video to know Chris overreacted to everything, He's British.
Their motto should be, we will microwave the frozen meal for you.
My wife and I went to a Saizeriya in Chiba . We discovered a lot of pasta dishes that were very cheap and the food was decent .
It is so refreshing to see a food reviewer consider not just the food, but also the price being charged as well as how difficult it is to source the ingredients. Wonderful episode!❤🎉
I visited six prefectures during my last visit just a few months ago and we found Saizeriya in five. That’s how much we loved it! Affordable and Quality 👍🏾
I’m from near Naples and we eat snails,
SAIZERIA is also very popular in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR for local people.
“Pizza” 🍕 is no longer “traditional” Italian 🇮🇹 food as it is “commercialised” all over eateries in the states, in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR, in Japan 🇯🇵, Singapore 🇸🇬, and other countries.
They have bottles of decent (AVPN approved) olive oil you can use at will. That ‘covers a multitude of sins’.
Unfortunately you can’t escape Cream Carbonara outside of Italy, I took people to an authentic Italian place that does the egg yolk and people said “it didn’t taste right” because they are more used to the cream. It seems that now they offer two options, the “authentic carbonara” and the cream one.
Davide being disappointed about the pizza and carbonara has the same energy as Hayao Miyazaki saying that anime was a mistake.
サイゼリアよりも普通の値段のデニーズとかロイヤルホストの方が良いけどな 中華ならバーミヤンとか イタリアンにこだわるならプロントでいいと思う サイゼリアよりも全然いい
Saizeriya food made me gag and I couldn't finish my spaghetti, that's not worth any money. It's the only restaurant where I experienced such bad food. Davide is very forgiving, and I'm not even Italian.
I like this place. My favorite is their garlic snails…. me and my kids, we like this place in singapore alot..lol
That is surprising!
Doria?

My go to was always salad + doria + tiramisu. The pasta and corn soup are ok too, but the other stuff can be pretty vile XD
Saize is not A+ tier food but the cost cannot be beat.
I'm not Italian so Saizeriya seemed good to me. I guess it's like non-Chinese people eating at Panda Express thinking that it's good.
Julius Saizeriya, the famous emperor of Rome.
Gosh some solid 7 out of 10's. Looking forward to going when I visit Japan next. So glad he didn't give everything a 1/10!!! 🙂
5:18 judging from the kid holding the plate up to his face, you know this place brings people joy
I need to go there next time when in Japan.
This was the cheapest restaurant food I tried while in Japan. It was also the worst meal I had by far lol. I'd rather go to a conbini.
Great vid. I don't know what equipment is involved but something to help mute the background noise would be highly useful… more directional mics? Filters? I dunno.
Finalmente te vedremo magnà a Bittiiii😂😁
