  1. Paprika in Europe is very different I've never known it to be used in Italy though. Interesting!

  2. My grand made this! They were from Campobasso. The next day a sandwich on toasted sourdough with pickled onions is the best part.

  3. I made the recipe immediately after you uploaded the video. Later I modified it and improved it. Mixed the cleaned garlic cloves with lemon juice a bit of vegetable oil, salt and bit of sugar and used the immersion blender. It turns out MUCH nicer with this tiny change.
