Sauce: pan fry the onion, garlic and zucchini. Add some stock and blend it to sauce.
Other ingredients: Sausage, oyster mushrooms(better with porcini mushroom), parsley, burrata.
The combination of zucchini sauce and Burrata is amazing. It’s the taste of spring.
