[RECIPE BELOW] High Protein Pasta!

[RECIPE]
1.) Cook 1 lb pasta (set aside for later)
2.) Add 3 cups spaghetti sauce & 2-3 cups cottage cheese to a blender
3.) Add 3-4 cloves of minced garlic and a handful of sun dried tomatoes to an oiled pan and sauté on medium heat (1-2mins)
4.) Add 1 finely chopped onion to the pan along with the sautéed garlic & sun dried tomatoes. Continue to sauté. (Be careful not to burn your garlic)
5.) Add your sauce to the pan (stir well) and bring it to simmer
6.) Add pepper flakes & Italian seasoning according to your taste (I did about 1.5 tbsp each)
7.) Throw in a cup of Parmesan and mix well
8.) Finally add in your pasta from earlier and dig in!
9.) ENJOY!
