China and Italy BANNED ME for this recipe



Let’s try to combine Chinese Risotto & Chinese Fried Rice into 1 delicious recipe!

0:42 – Prep your ingredients.
2:05 – Warm 1 box vegetable broth.
2:28 – Chop onion, carrot, 2 cloves garlic, and asparagus.
3:02 – Add all except asparagus to a pan on medium to high heat, coated in olive oil. Add peas.
3:25 – Add 1 cup of dry rice and toast.
3:47 – Coat in white wine, then let the wine evaporate.
3:56 – Slowly ladle in vegetable broth. Stir. Add asparagus. Let cook.
4:34 – In a new pan, scramble 3 eggs then add them to your main pan.
4:54 – Add 1 knob butter to your main pan, cover & let sit for 2 minutes.
5:12 – Plate (Smack that plate!)
5:29 – Garnish with sesame seeds.
5:58 – Try your creation!
