  1. Toxic fish high in mercury, heavy metals etc are- Tilapia, Albacore tuna, Sardines, eel, blue fin tuna, squid, escolar fish (never heard of it). Now they say Cod, salmon and mackrel is good.

I am a big fan of Barbara O,neill , but this vid and others are corrupting her information, it is a fact that the smaller the fish and younger ( sardines) the less toxins and mercury. the larger species (cod, tuna) the more toxins, if the information in this vid is actually from Barbara i will only believe it when I hear and see Barbara say it

  3. The content of mercury in fish is dependant where the fish were catched. In other words was the water polluted or not. It isnt the type of fish but the type of water where it was caught. And why would people younger than 50 been free from mercury poisoning?? Doesnt make sense.
