    I especially like the raviolo that appears after the Keith Haring pasta! And the woven tri-colour raviolo. And… that cherry tomato sauce with the burratta… !
    (i couldn,t limit myself to one! 😄)
    I so enjoy your creativity, expertise, and great "eye" for filming & presentation. Looking forward to seeing more.

  2. I think the most challenging and interesting pasta you made was the striped ravioli that included an egg yolk in the center. You had a special mold for it, but even so, it looked incredibly difficult to get it perfectly shaped, cooked, and served.

    Darn, I just checked, and you made that one last year. Can that still be my pick? I’m not brave enough to try that just yet, but it’s on my list of things to do.
