  1. hey dude, great job! i'm not a pro or anything but i have a tip for u – when your sauteeing your aromatics (onions and garlic) put the onions first, on medium-high heat, sweat them out, and then add the garlic. it's bc it burns way faster than onions. + when you're making the onions u can add a couple of tablespoons of water to the oil, cover the pot, and after all of it has evaporated – add the garlic.

  4. Next time pre boil the lasagna sheets for one or 2 mins! It will be better and in the soffritto some carrots and celery as well and it’s done Italian way!! Good job
