Guess I don't understand why they didn't uncover the pool for you Nick. Especially for the money (1.35m EU)!! that they're asking and for the fact that you have a long-term relationship with them… I know it's a small thing to the owners obviously but for those of us who are seriously interested this is a real distraction and perhaps an indicator that the owner doesn't value your time or those that are watching your videos … Just a thought , not a criticism
Nice looking property Nick does the house have a heritage clause on the outside of it, I think it would look nice and practical to have a 3 meter wide veranda around if I were to buy it?

I love everything about this property. The garden in lush but open with lots of trees and a large pool. The kitchen is stunning with separate diningroom. My favorite is the double room livingroom, light and spacious. Of course, the master bedroom is ideal. All is so nicely built and decorated.

This is one that I would consider buying — it has everything! Roomy. Well thought through. Simple. Classy. Comfortable, and a cozy feel in several roomy spaces on each floor. LOVE the master bedroom suite. Pool? Always fun. Actually looks rather straightforward to clean and maintain! I don't always get that sense. Many properties would be just too high maintenance even for a fit over 50. Beautiful! Thank you.
Another beautiful property, Nick. The owners have done a beautiful job restoring the house. I just love the wooden beams on the ceilings, especially in the master suite. I would’ve said €1.000.000 but it is an extraordinary place. Thank you for showing us what’s possible.

Big question, do you think when you show an area you could turn around? Fir example just in opening when you walked down, you showed nothing on right on any area you made it to. I have had the same issue with the last two videos. It us kind if like tunnel vision and really isolates a lot if the property and it is very difficult to get a full impression. It would be greatly appreciated. If so, thank you.
