  4. yes it is DOP but still from intensive farming and the pigs are not treated well. Prefer hams from small Italian producers Same for parmesan. Better 24 – 30 months than RED COWS hello from here in northern Italy

  5. My Aunt in North Italy(Gragnano to be precise),so she Dries her own Italian ham[prosciutto]

    ,she will teach me the process once i visit her there again,and she's half Lebanese too😉

  6. The term,”simple and high quality ingredients” just means, we don’t season it with anything and we use 3 ingredients. It’ll taste like a tomato with basil and oil with some garlic. Bland and boring but it’s authentic so you better say you like it 😂
