I learned this hack with a friend from Italy, now I only make pasta like this

  1. This recipe does not look appetizing. I don't think this is how most cooks in Italy prepare a dish like this.

  2. Why do you put cream cheese and/or heavy cream in so many of your recipes? – it's revolting, especially in savoury meals – and bad for you – l would just make a tomato, garlic , basil and onion sauce, and pour it over the cooked pasta and serve it with a nice mature cheese grated on top. Yummy 😋😋😋.

    Suggestion is to not add Cream Cheese. Please don't put cream cheese on that.
    Penne pasta mixed with some sauce and Ricotta cheese, is delicious when baked in the oven for a little bit. Simple easy and real good. I enjoy your channel. It's a great help for people who cannot cook or older people who cannot think anymore 🤣 But some of these recipes need a little help.

  4. As an Italian I can honestly tell you that no true blood Italian would ever prepare their pasta this way.

  5. Things take longer to cook when tomatoes are present. I’d cook the pasta separately before adding it to this dish with other ingredients. Also, I’d mix everything together so the flavors get infused into all parts of the dish before putting it into the oven.

  6. I'm European not Italian BUT not only the way to do it was suspicious the end result looks definitely NOT ITALIAN . I know I should not put my own 2 cents as I'm not Italian but amore it looks like you put a pasta salad and came with a diabolican idea to heat it up in a microwave or cook it some other way .

  7. An Italian would NEVER cook that. Pasta is a religion to them. Go cook you bull dookie and feed it to someone else buddy
