This great pasta is called passatelli – which is found mostly in Marche, Romagna and a little bit of Umbria. It’s especially loved by folks in the province of Urbino and here 86 year old Alba shares her way of making it
I'm Irish & not italian & I didn't know what pasta this was until the folks on here posted what type of pasta it was , but it sure looks delicious & thank you to the folks who posted what type of pasta it was , God Bless all of you. btw , 2 of my favorites are rigatoni & bucatini , I like how the sauce gets into the hollow part of those pastas

Cool.
Looks like German Spätzle
Could you send a truffle to me, please?
Passatelli. Sono un piatto tipico in Emilia Romagna, io li ho sempre mangiati a Ferrara. Vengono cotti nel brodo😊
The pasta looks delicious, but look at the size of those black truffles! 😊
Spätzle 🤤
I make these house favorites
