You added the watermelon juice raw to the hot purée, I would worry this would ferment in a bad way and not a good way? Would you bring it all to boil before bottling it for keeps?
Scotch bonnets aren't available in my country, will habanero work? I know it's similar but not exactly the same. Cause in thinking i need to make thos for 1/2, people for xmas
