Italian Penicillin Soup

Ingredients 📝
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
4 cups water
2 vegetable or chicken bouillon (you can add powder or paste whatever you have)
Optional- grated Parmigiano
**boil veggies until soft then remove and add in blender. Blend until you get a smooth puree.
Pour it back into the liquid and cook another few minutes.
**make your pastina of choice (I used Stelline), add it to a bowl , add in the soup and enjoy!
**serve with grated Parmigiano cheese if you prefer
