  1. you need to use some image stabalisation, the jerkyness of the video gave me motion sickness…….🤮

  2. Don't go on their A330-200. Also, their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Who charges €180 for a a carry-on bag for a premium economy passenger on a transatlantic flight?!

  3. I agree with Liam, Maz, and Nicky's analysis. If the food and beverage offerings in all three classes are upgraded, ITA will eventually have a competitive product.

  4. Just yesterday we booked tickets for ITA Premium Class for July 2025. This comparison video couldn’t have come out at a better time. 🛫🛬

  5. Great video TPG team! I really enjoyed this one! ITA Airways seems like a very good airline at least from this review in all 3 classes not just Business Class, which is what counts it doesn’t matter how good an airline is in Business if they don’t treat most of their Economy, passengers very well. Also the food on an Italian carrier has to be top notch right! 🤤 🍝 The seats and the cabin finishes look excellent especially on that very beautiful Airbus A330-900neo 🇮🇹 second only to their A350-900 for looks I love the blue livery taking inspiration from Italy’s sports teams! I think maybe their Premium Economy even beats Delta Airlines 🇺🇸 flying transatlantic to Italy 🇮🇹 or somewhere else in Europe via a connection, and from what I hear, they’re short haul routes on narrow body jets are also quite good!
Cheers 🥂 what a great video I had no idea ITA flew to India 🇮🇳 Very cool! I can’t wait to try them someday hopefully though in business class but as I mentioned, they look great in all classes! 👏 😀

Also can we all appreciate Liam is back in Business! 😆

  6. Liam with a rejuvenating mask reminded me of Dr. Hannibal Lecter. Somewhat underwhelmed by ITA – fairly average looking food and no response to an Economy call bell is very poor. Pluffy = Puffy + Fluffy = Gonfio + Soffice = Gonffice.

  7. Thanks everyone involved in bringing this flight tour to all of us.
Liam, next time you are in Business or First could you take us through the menu or let us know if you had any options in your meal?

  8. Why don’t you guys do more African airlines? Royal air Maroc or air peace ? There many more

  9. I've flown 3 long haul legs with them in the last month FCO-JFK, SFO-FCO-SFO in business. I've been very impressed with them, the only real (and this is seriously first world problems) is boarding in FCO is a nightmare, priority lane clearly marked, but nobody seems to care, but overall, I would recommend them .

  10. Business "Piazza di Spagna" Lounge is really underwhelming (always too crowded and noisy, no real "relax space" and the food options are not as good as they might seem, I am speaking as an Italian 😅 who used it…. had to "flee" to Plaza Premium after a while): one cannot always resolve everything with an "enormous pizza oven"….😅😅😅

On the other hand the seats are very good (business), food is satisfying and the crew is very kind, professional and competent; no problem at all using priority lanes from check-in and boarding: lanes always respected.

  11. I love to watch airline reviews, but vegan reviewers always give me the sh1tz. At least the slice of apple was nice.

  12. Biggest problem with Italian food on planes. Reheated pasta is reheated pasta. In economy it's ok. In business is never good enough because, in the end, it's always reheated pasta. Other cousines have less of a problem cause reheated rice, for example, is way better and works.

  13. So, where’s mentioned if this is sponsored by ITA? The unlimited enthousiasm suggests it not being a proper, honest review. Just wondering.

  14. Having a gluten free pizza is better than in some airports because my mom can’t eat gluten she sometimes does get anything unless she brings it her self

  15. You guys and gals are great. I direct an international fine arts educational institution (from UK) that has programs on 6 continents, so I do travel a lot. Of course that is an extension of an international career as a performing artist when I was younger. As a child in the early 1950s I flew on some of the first ever commercial post-war flights, and have been traveling internationally since age 14 in the 1960s! So I experienced many firsts (first turbo jets, first compressurized cabins, first jet planes, first long haul flights, etc.) So watching you lot have such fun, and provide such great guidance and advice is simply surplative! Thank you. If you ever want to experience the various flight categories (first, business, premium, economy, etc.) of flying through the air in a classical ballet Grand Jete, let me know. I did a series of similar videos for the Celtic Coaches, and would be happy to give you all a go for fun one day! MFAB.org

  16. Curious how comes Maz never flies Economy? 😅

I flew ITA Business long-haul twice and the food is really good, the crew can be a bit stand-offish though. But the worst thing the seat is private but so hard and uncomfortable that it was actually difficult to sleep

  17. Do you ever feel guilty for reclining your seat? Because surely when you recline the person behind you then can't see their IFE screen very well.
