West Coast Cookbook and Speakeasy — Smothered Benedict Wednesdays 18 March 20

Source:

West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy is Now Open! 8am-9am PT/ 11am-Noon ET for our especially special Daily Specials, Smothered Benedict Wednesdays!

Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, with so many small businesses shuttered by coronavirus, bar and restaurant workers push DC for a bailout, too.

Then, on the rest of the menu, Joe Biden finally gets Secret Service protection after repeatedly being accosted by protesters; the FBI is probing if a foreign government is behind the denial of service attack on the Health and Human Services agency; and, the Russian firm indicted by Mueller is set to file a $50 billion dollar suit against the US after Bill Barr dropped the charges to cover up their involvement in the 2016 election attack.

After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where China is set to expel American reporters after the US curbed its media; and, a medical device manufacturer is set to sue a group of volunteers in Italy who 3D printed replicas of an eleven thousand dollar valve used for life-saving coronavirus treatments, that they printed for one dollar.

All that and more, on West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy with Chef de Cuisine Justice Putnam.

Bon Appétit!

“To those of us who believe that all of life is sacred every crumb of bread and sip of wine is a Eucharist, a remembrance, a call to awareness of holiness right where we are. I want all of the holiness of the Eucharist to spill out beyond church walls, out of the hands of priests and into the regular streets and sidewalks, into the hands of regular, grubby people like you and me, onto our tables, in our kitchens and dining rooms and backyards.”
