hey guys ! this is my version of olive gardens lasagna fritta . i would usually add marinara but i didnt have any ! enjoy the recipe 🙂
Fried lasagna fritta (Olive Garden copy cat recipe)
5 lasagna noodles
1/2 cup ricotta
Pinch salt and pepper
1 cup mozzerella cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cups flour
1 large egg and 2 Tbsp milk
Vegetable oil for frying
