How To Make Chicken Sausage Without Casing at Home?
Satisfy your appetites with this simple homemade chicken sausages.
Ingredients

 Boneless chicken approx. 650 gram
 Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
 onion powder – 1 teaspoon
 Salt as per taste – 1 teaspoon
 Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
 freshly ground black pepper -1/2 teaspoon
 crushed red pepper -1/2 teaspoon (optional)
 dried oregano -1/2 teaspoon
 Chili powder – 1 tablespoon (can add more depends on your spicy level)
 Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoon
 Ice cubes – 50 Gram

METHOD:
1. Cut boneless chicken into small pieces (easy to blend) and store it in the freezer for 2 hours.
2. After 4 hours, add the chicken pieces, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, coriander, black pepper, oregano, chili powder, oil, and ice cubes into blender or food processor.
3. Mix thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are spread evenly throughout the meat.
4. The mixture should be only just above freezing and you should mix until the sausage meat turns mushy and sticky.
5. Place the desired amount of mixture on cling wrap and wrap it as shown in the video.
6. Add in wrapped sausage into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
7. Remove cling wrap.
8. You can grill it directly or store it in the freezer in an airtight box.

*** The mixture should be just above freezing temperature if you’re taking a long time, please store in the freezer before proceeding. This will help to remain moist of the sausage.
