Crispy Pata or crispy pork leg is a popular Filipino pork dish. People also consume it as beer food or pulutan. It is best when dipped in a spicy vinegar mixture.
Ingredients:
2 pieces pig leg
6 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 ltrs. water to boil
2 tbsp. cooking oil
DIPPING SAUCE: mixture of
soya sauce
vinegar
onion
garlic
chili
