Hello guys! So my Amore craved for Trippa alla Fiorentina so he asked me to cook.
The first time we tasted Trippa alla Fiorentina was when we went to Tuscany.
The Trippa alla Fiorentina is a classic Italian dish that is very famous in Tuscany region ( Florence is the capital, hence the word Fiorentina / Florentine ).
Tripe is a type of edible lining from the stomachs of various farm animals like cattle and sheep.
Now we know two Tripe recipes, the Papaitan ( Ilocano Dish) and the Trippa alla Fiorentina.
