Even before I started this channel, people have told me for years to try Via Napoli at Epcot. The reason it took me so long is because I am from New York and have incredible pizza and when I leave New York I try to find things that I can’t get all the time. But I am finally doing it, I am trying Via Napoli pizza. I don’t believe myself to be a food snob at all, but pizza is my Favorite food and I am very particular about it. So we are going to get a little controversial today, but I believe I am judging it fairly. I will be trying 2 different pizzas and a wine flight and you can tell me if you agree or disagree!
I also came back to Italy a few weeks later to finally try Via Napoli’s walk up pizza window Pizza al Taglio. It’s very different from the restaurant and we also learn a cool secret 🤫
