Escarole and Beans Recipe | Italian Food

Ingredients:
2 heads of escarole
1 large can of cannellini beans (or more) drained
1/2 onion
1 clove of garlic (upi can use more)
1/4 cup of olive oil (or more)
1 can of chicken broth (if vegetarian, use vegetable broth)
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil the escarole about 2-3 minutes separately
Add oil to a pan
Add onion and garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the escarole
Add the beans
Add the broth
Boil then lower heat, cover, and cook for about for about 10-12 minutes.
Serve with bread.
