Spinach – Feta Strudel

Ingredients-:

* 275 grams of puff pastry from the refrigerated section, 1 roll
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 350 g gram spinach (frozen spinach)
* 100g feta
* 1 egg
* 100g Gouda
* Salt
* Pepper
For on top:
* 1 egg
* 125g of mozzarella
* Sesame

*Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
