Homemade spaghetti with a tomatosauce and a burrata on top.
Pasta is made from typo 00 flower, eggs and a bit water.
Fried the minced garlic and onions and added san marzano tomatos, let it simmer for a while. Added salt and pepper to taste and tossed in the al dente spaghetti.
Served with a fresh burrata on top.
