  1. Pasta Dough is from Chef Billy Parisi- a mix of 00 and semolina flour. Filling is 8 oz ricotta, 1/2 c fresh Parmesan, one egg, two tbsp fresh spinach. Arrabbiata sauce is Ina Gartens recipe
