Late Night Cavatelli W/Roast Chicken for 2


Munchies happened so I went to work on some Cavatelli with what i had leftover from the week.

Ingredients

Handful of freshly dried Cavatelli

Around 5-7 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
30 grams of French butter.

Half an onion

3 garlic cloves

3 Calabrian chilis

30 grams of miso

Golden raisins optional ( I did not use it but I thought it needed a bit of sweetness)

30-60ml of white wine

30ml of cream give or take.

Started a pan with garlic and olive oil.

Added the onion sun dried tomato, Calabrian chili and butter.

Took chopped roasted chicken and sautéed it till it had a little brown.

Deglazed with white wine and cooked that off.

Added miso (red) and then some pasta water to incorporate and get things sauce.

Threw in the Cavatelli to a pot of boiling water for around 3 min then into the pan w/ other ingredients.

Threw in some cream tossed until desired saucey-ness.

Parmed Pepperefd Parsed-ly

Consume.
