so this is another Italian Dish you’re only ever going to find in someone’s home um it’s not going to be in a restaurant and the best thing is it’s perfect for like a weekly dish like you would want to eat this weekly and it’s only got five ingredients minc the garlic add it to a cold pan with the minced anchovie and some olive oil sauté in a medium heat until the an choies are melted add a cup of water add the chili or the pepperi and the broccoli season cover and cook until the broccoli is mushy once the broccol soft you’re going to Mush it up with one of these off the heat you’re going to add in a huge heap of Parmesan I add a little more olive oil too a little Zing of lemon juice cook your pasta add a little bit of the pasta cooking liquor bring the pasta out alente marry it together and there you have it finished with a little bit of Parmesan
