Making a pizza is all about your own freedom as a cook. So why not go where no pizzaiolo has gone before, and make a potsticker-inspired pizza? This ended up exceeding our expectations and we devoured it in a single sitting in the studio. And a pizza this size wouldn’t have been possible without the temperature and size capabilities of the Ooni Koda 2 Max. Thank you Ooni for working with us on this one! #sponsored

i wonder what this would be like if the bread was made of that steamed white bun type stuff used in chinese bread
Right when you said “up to 600 degrees” it was 673, 73 extra degrees of deliciousness 😂
7/10
"why not go where no pizzaiolo has gone before" this is @cookshowtrevor slander and I will not stand for it
Don't use rolling pin on pizza dough
One Inch of Ginger…ok so…one inch cube? One inch length and how much width for a “stick of ginger” are you grating the ginger? Mincing the ginger? Do you PEEL the ginger?
Next try a Chinese Roast Duck pizza with plum sauce and spring onions
I am so accustomed to seing instagram 'recipes' that I tought the carrots were cheddar cheese.
thats burned
Yumm
I know someone that would give this a 7/10
I feel like this would be awesome with very thin crispy crust, cut in squares like tavern style pizza. Maybe a shrimp version as well!
TMZ, the institution of journalistic integrity.
Babish I see you shimmying that pizza in.
Let me tell you a little secret. Getting pizza onto a stone is like pulling a tablecloth off of a table without disturbing what’s on top. You have to commit with quick confidence or else you struggle/fail.
Also some semolina or if you cannot find that, a bit of cornmeal under the dough will help it slide easily. Like a thousand tiny wheels.
Holy heavens I need to make this!!!
Looks Delicious, I give it a 7/10
I can only imagine how fried Babish was when he came up with this idea
Heeh heeh… I’ll give it a 7/10 😏
You don’t need a pizza oven to make homemade pizza.
Why does babish always sound like he doesn't want to be here? A little enthusiasm goes a long way
I'm Italian and I need this in my life
Do you cater or host events?!? Like a tasting? We need to try these foods! Please!
What should I do if I wanna make this, but I don't have a pizza oven and just a regular oven?
