The Italian Sparkling Red Wine called Lambrusco



Lambrusco is a light, sparkling red wine that is served chilled. While it may not be as sparkly as it is other counterparts it is definitely “Frizzante!”

This wine should be served around 45-55 degrees F.

Aromas include blackberry, raspberry, dark cherry, strawberry, violet and baking spices.

Lambrusco goes with just about everything!
You can pair it with pasta, pizza, meat and cheeses, fried foods, and heartier meals like roast chicken, steak or a hamburger!
