I always have either anchovies or a tube of anchovy paste in the fridge all the time. I love when people say they hate anchovies. I tell tell them to read the ingredients on the Worcestershire sauce. They freak!
Glad you explained the appeal of MSG. I avoid it as it tanks out my energy and makes me sluggish. As distinct as a flavor it imparts, I can tell it's MSG and know a particular restaurant uses it.

Overcooked sprouts are not my thing, like them al dente
MSG is naturally occurring in a lot of food, probably those anchovies since "umami" is literally the description of MSG
i make fried cabbage this way but love Roasted Brussel sprouts so I gotta try this.Thanks for taking the time to make the vid
god made a few mistakes, one was brussels sprouts. we used to have to eat them over boiled and with a sprinkle of vinegar to help it down.
Add pumkin seeds, very necessary
