Love watching you guys!
My husband and I spent time in Vernazza and throughly enjoyed it. It was so nice and quiet in the evenings, us and the locals.
Now we know where we could go next time we are here in Italy, again. Just docking at Mykonos as I’m typing this.🎉
Well done guys.
We stayed in Vernazza and loved it. We got to explore all of the towns by train. When the tourists left at around 3 pm you truly got to experience how peaceful it was.
The views were breathtaking; thanks for sharing!!!
Wonderful video, planning a trip to Italy!!
Any video of St. John’s Newfoundland Canada
There are great public ferries that are much bigger, more stable, and tie up at the wharfs. They go to all those towns.
Another beautiful watch, stunning scenery!
I just love your videos and all your PRO TIPS!
We have visited the Cinque Terre five times, staying from 3-5 days each time. We spent time there in April- May and September. We stayed in Vernazza, Riomaggiore, and Corniglia and each one has its pros and cons. We utilized both the train and ferry systems, as well as hiking between the towns; never having a car. So researching the area is imperative to making the most of your stay.
This was one of my favorite memories in 30 cruises! Also loved Portovenere on the way to Cinque Terre.
Wasn’t that a wonderful day, we did a similar tour the last time we were there. We travelled by bus, catamaran, train and bus again. You never get tired of seeing the amazing scenery. ❤️Thank you for sharing 😁
We visited Cinque Terre from Genoa by train. We were off a cruise ship. It was super easy and still one of the our favourite self-explorations.
Thank you we are planning a month in Italy you are helping us the best trip
Hugs
Great! Are you missing the ship as you produce more videos?
Such a beautiful area. Again thank you so much for sharing.
I have been to four of the five towns in Cinque Tierre, it was very fun.
Question: Nancy, did you bring your hiking poles through TSA or did you have them in checked luggage? My husband uses his urban poles For stability (Parkinson's!) so he uses them in the airport when we have more time rather than using a wheel chair. In Newark we had an agent who claimed they were not medical so he had to walk back to baggage drop off to check them. Of course then he had to return in a wheelchair. Of course by checking them independently without a suitcase to keep them safe it was concerning. Sitting on our plane there were people with canes and one even came on with a 5' long heavy walking stick!!
Such a fabulous spot. We spent a week exploring the Cinque Terre and Vernazza was my favourite! Glad you enjoyed it! Katie
Beautiful. The water was the bluest. Those little towns were beautiful. Thank you so much for these videos
