I got cheese on the bottom and top of dough I cooked beef and jalapeños garlic auju and onion in a pan baked my dough flipped it over added a layer of cheese and dollops of jalapeño cream cheese then dumped my meat on top added some more mozz/ prov blend and some Swiss baked in a wood stone oven
