Hi it is no good to see y'all are okay and I was really worried and prayed everyday for you and everyone going thru these horrible disasters. Your omelette looks great and I never thought about putting taters or peppers but looks good. You look really great tonight. Steve thank you for taking care of Mimi y'all make a good couple. My mother had 2 bad knees and really suffered but would never do anything about it. Mimi needs a freezer so she can keep all that good food for other meals when you want it.❤😊
