  1. You added the watermelon juice raw to the hot purée, I would worry this would ferment in a bad way and not a good way? Would you bring it all to boil before bottling it for keeps?

  5. This is amazing and I can't wait to make it! But quick question, why do European chefs always remove seeds?
    As an Indian, we never remove seeds from peppers and chillies.
