I have become good friends with Enzo – and he really impressed me with his passion and knowledge of both winemaking in Umbria – and also the cuisine and history of the area. I was able to stay at his estate in April.
Exec Chef Denice Grande is designing the menu focused on Italian dishes from the region of Umbria so you can enjoy Enzo’s wines with the same dishes you would have if you were in the same village as his winery.
